This Cookie Policy explains how Aneo B.V. (“Aneo”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on aneo.io and all subdomains and aliases, for example app.aneo.io, api.aneo.io, docs.aneo.io, status.aneo.io, and any future subdomains under *.aneo.io.

We use only the cookies that are needed to run the site and to understand usage. We do not use interest‑based advertising cookies.

We do not serve interest‑based advertising cookies and we do not use Facebook Pixel.

The cookies and similar technologies below are typical for our stack. Names may differ slightly by browser and version.

3.1 Strictly necessary

Examples include:

  • Security cookies to protect forms and sessions.

  • A cookie that stores your cookie preferences so we can honor your choices.

  • Load‑balancer cookies that help route traffic reliably.

3.2 Functional

Examples include:

  • Local storage used by the application to cache non‑sensitive settings.

3.3 Analytics (consent‑based)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site and product usage.

  • GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.

  • We enable privacy‑focused settings and respect your consent.

  • Typical cookies: _ga, _ga_<container‑id>.

3.4 Optional marketing (consent‑based and only where enabled)

If we embed HubSpot forms, chat, or email tracking on a page, HubSpot may set cookies to remember a visitor and associate form submissions with a contact.
Typical cookies: __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssrc, __hssc.

HubSpot cookies appear only on pages that use HubSpot features. If you decline Marketing in the banner, these cookies are not set.

Exact names and lifetimes can change as providers update their services. We keep this table current and honor your banner choices.

 

5. Consent and how to change your choices

  • In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we ask for consent before setting non‑essential cookies.

  • You can change your choices at any time with Cookie Settings on our site. This reopens the banner so you can allow or reject categories.

  • If you clear cookies in your browser, our site will ask for your choices again on your next visit.

We record a minimal log of your consent choices, including date, time, country, and categories selected.
