When do I receive the product?

For subscription services such as IncidentAI, access to the platform begins immediately after the subscription is activated.
Are your products physical goods?
No. All aneo products are delivered digitally.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes.
If you are using a subscription service such as IncidentAI, you may cancel your subscription by sending a cancellation request to support@aneo.io.
Cancellation requires two months notice. Once a cancellation request is received, the subscription will remain active during the notice period and will not renew after the notice period ends.
Access to the service will remain available until the end of the active subscription period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund policies depend on the type of product.
For instant digital products such as Framework-Pro and Clause-Review, purchases are generally non refundable once the product has been generated or downloaded.
For subscription services such as IncidentAI, the first subscription payment is eligible for a 15 day refund period.
