This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Aneo B.V. may provide refunds for products and services purchased through https://www.aneo.io.

Aneo B.V. provides digital cybersecurity tools, documentation products, and subscription-based software services.


 

1. Digital Products (Framework-Pro & Clause-Review)

Framework-Pro and Clause-Review generate digital documents and reports that are delivered immediately after purchase.

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are generally non‑refundable once the product has been generated, accessed, or downloaded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and sample outputs before making a purchase.

This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable under local law.

In the event of technical issues that prevent delivery of the purchased product, customers should contact our support team so that the issue can be resolved.


 

2. Subscription Products (IncidentAI)

IncidentAI is offered as a subscription‑based SaaS service.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

For the first subscription purchase, Aneo B.V. offers a 15‑day refund period. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the initial subscription payment.

After this period, subscription payments are non‑refundable, but access to the service will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.


 

3. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may normally withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

For digital content products (Framework-Pro and Clause-Review), the withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has begun with the customer’s prior consent.

For subscription services (IncidentAI), by activating the service and accessing the platform immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately.

  • Email used for purchase

  • Description of the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period described in this policy.
